Super Yi Xing Long and even Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta were never propped up to have that kind of power. Someone mountains weaker like Super Android #17 wouldn't stand a chance.

Posts: 478 Group: Member Member #5,351 Joined: October 23, 2010	SPC had enough power in his last Kamehameha to frag a solar system. Bills being a galaxy buster is on a completely different plateau. Earth Saiyan Saga Vegeta 18,000 and above Super Perfect Cell and above Bills Super 17 is garbage.
